2020年她入职冠龙（天津）保安服务有限公司担任保安员一职，入职保安队伍以来，李竞始终坚守在工作岗位上，兢兢业业、任劳任怨。无论是严寒酷暑，还是节假日，她都能认真履行自己的职责。她深知保安工作的重要性，时刻保持高度的警惕性，为保障所服务区域的安全付出了不懈的努力。
