2024“感动海淀”年度文明人物（集体）
颁奖典礼举行
本次颁奖典礼分为“海淀·向新之力”“海淀·向善之光”“海淀·向潮之势”三个篇章，生动展现了在敬业奉献、孝老爱亲、见义勇为、志愿服务等领域的文明人物、文明集体的感人事迹。郭虎、王红霞、黄伟、杨菁、沈琳、王瑞、刘琛、王洋洋、骆静怡、黄树焘、王宇获评2024“感动海淀”年度文明人物，曲华、陈立东、沈学静等10人获评2024“感动海淀”年度提名文明人物，卫星制造厂科技园项目部等5个团队获评2024“感动海淀”年度文明集体。区委书记张革出席活动并致辞，市委宣传部一级巡视员徐和建到会指导，区人大常委会主任刘长利、区政协主席刘勇、区委副书记杨仁全出席活动。

张革向2024“感动海淀”年度文明人物（集体）致以崇高的敬意。他表示，一直以来，海淀区坚持把培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观作为凝魂聚气、强基固本的基础工程，全力推进精神文明建设，打造了“感动海淀”特色品牌，涌现出一批批模范典型和身边榜样，他们是社会主义核心价值观的实践者，也是社会好风气的营造者，充分彰显了向善、向上、向前的精神力量。伟大时代呼唤伟大精神，崇高事业需要榜样引领，当前，海淀区正在以“发展新质生产力、建设世界领先科技园区”为区域发展总目标奋勇前进，需要更多的先进人物当先锋、作表率，也需要更多的模范榜样来凝聚精气神、传递正能量。我们将打造永不落幕的“感动海淀”品牌，大力挖掘好人好事，引导更多公众崇尚榜样、学习榜样、成为榜样。希望受到表彰的个人和集体倍加珍惜荣誉，再展新风采、再创新佳绩。全区上下要自觉践行社会主义核心价值观，形成“崇德向善、见贤思齐”的浓厚氛围，加快建设文化强区，以文化软实力赋能经济社会高质量发展，让海淀不仅成为具有全球影响力的“创新之城”“活力之城”，更成为人心向善、团结奋进的“感动之城”和“文明之城”。

活动中，与会领导、嘉宾为荣获2024“感动海淀”年度文明人物、2024“感动海淀”年度提名文明人物、2024“感动海淀”年度文明集体的先进模范代表颁奖。现场通过讲述年度文明人物（集体）故事、演绎精彩节目等方式鼓舞人心，点亮精神火炬，传递温暖和感动，将激扬向前向上精神力量的热烈氛围推向高潮。
“感动海淀”年度文明人物（集体）评选已经成为海淀区培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的重要载体和品牌，是褒奖先进、弘扬正气、凝聚各方力量、推进公民道德建设的有力举措。多年来，海淀区好人好事选树通过多渠道发现、多途径推荐、品牌化打造，广泛发动全区党员群众在积极参与中学习榜样，推动全区崇德向善的浓厚氛围。

下一步，海淀将全力实施“文明共建 美好海淀”城市文明品质提升三年行动计划（2025-2027年），围绕深化思想道德引领、提升市民文明素养、营造向上向善氛围、加强志愿力量发动、丰富群众文化生活、优化城市环境秩序、打造工作特色亮点七个方面加快推动从创建“文明城市”向建设“城市文明”转变，进一步改进创新文明培育、文明实践、文明创建工作机制，建设更高水平的全国文明城区，推进海淀精神文明建设迈上新台阶。
